We will transcribe the dictation and deliver a finished document through Secure FTP, Fax, Local courier, or to your EMR

Secure FTP – The documents can be accessed through a FTP site using Internet Explorer or through a software program called Core FTP Lite. It is the easiest, most secure way to transmit your transcribed dictation. If you have an Internet connection, you can gain access 24 hours a day and download the documents to your computer.

Fax - We are able to fax your documents right to your office. This is an option if you are outside our delivery area but would like a printed document sent to your office.

Local Courier - A courier will deliver a printed document to Davison, Michigan and the surrounding areas.

EMR – We are able to copy and paste reports into your EMR, transcribe right into your EMR, or have the reports sent to your EMR system (based on system capability).

Our 24-hour access phone-in dictation system is both easy and convenient to use. All you need is a phone. You will not incur any costs for equipment, maintenance fees, or software. All you have to do is call our toll-free number, enter a user identification number, work type and you are ready to dictate.
Hand-Held Digital Recorder
The digital recorder is for those who prefer to carry a hand-held device with them. The digital recorder captures your dictation as a digital file. After completing dictation, you upload the files from your digital recorder to our secure FTP.
Cell Phone App.
Enjoy the convenience of dictating on your cell phone. Most apps are free or low cost and have the capability to record and send a digital file straight to our secure FTP.
